Limestone Roofing Co. LLC ("Limestone," "we," "us") is a roofing contractor in Indianapolis, Indiana. This policy explains what we collect when you use limestoneroofingco.com or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, phone, email, property address and ZIP code, details about your roof, preferred appointment times, and anything you type in a form or tell us.
- From your project: photos and measurements of your roof and home, your estimate and agreement, payments, and insurance claim details you choose to share with us.
- From your visit to the site: basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you view, which our hosting provider records to run and protect the site. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request, schedule your inspection and answer your questions.
- To prepare estimates, perform and warranty the work, and bill for it.
- To keep the records the law requires, such as tax and contract records.
- To keep the website working and secure.
Calls, texts and email
When you send us a form, we contact you by the phone number or email you gave us about that request. We do not send marketing texts without your permission. Reply STOP to any text from us to stop texts, or tell us how you'd rather be reached.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you:
- Our crews and suppliers: the subcontractor crew doing your work, and our material supplier, receive your address and contact details for the job and its deliveries.
- Service providers: companies that host our website, deliver our email and form messages, and store our records, under their own privacy and security terms.
- Financing: if you apply for financing, your application goes to the lender (Service Finance Company, LLC), whose privacy policy applies to it.
- Your insurance company or mortgage company, when you ask us to work with them on your claim or payment.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.
How long we keep it
We keep project records for as long as your workmanship warranty lasts and as long as tax and contract laws require. Inquiries that don't become a project are kept for up to two years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Call or email us using the details below. We may need to keep some records the law requires, such as signed agreements and payment records.
Security
We limit who can see your information and use reputable providers to store and send it. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send us sensitive financial details, such as bank or card numbers, through the website.
Children
Our website and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
